Rates

All cottages are completely furnished with kitchen, dining area, bathroom and bedrooms. Blankets and cooking utensils are also included. Cottages are supplied with toaster, coffee pot, grill, picnic table, and microwave.

Linens: Guests need to bring bed sheets, pillow cases and towels.

Main Cottage is made up of 7 bedrooms;
In addition to the Main Cottage your rental ALSO includes (2) separate 2 Bedroom Cottages (Each bedroom contains one full size bed)

WEEKLY RATE (Saturday - Saturday)

All (3) Cottages (Sleeps 24 - 11 bedrooms) $3500/Week

PET POLICY: We do allow pets however, depending on the breed, we may charge UP TO $100 more/week.

DEPOSIT: 50% deposit/week (or night if applicable) per cottage required upon reservation. Balance payable upon arrival. Deposits are non-refundable after May 1st.

Peak Season: Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

FISHING
14' Aluminum Fishing boat with 15hp outboard; $60/day or $200/week

PONTOON
24' pontoon boat (14 person capacity) $175/day or $650/week
